At narrg, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process under the following terms:

Return Window: You have 30 calendar days to initiate a return from the date you received your item. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must remain in the original packaging to prevent damage during return transit. Process: To start a return, please contact us at service@narrg.com for authorization. Returns sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
